超声诊断胎儿双侧尺桡骨缺如并脐带囊肿1例

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of 1 Case of Bilateral Ulnar Absent Radius and Umbilical Cord Cyst

目的探究与分析超声诊断胎儿双侧尺桡骨缺如并脐带囊肿。方法选取我院进行畸形胎儿方面产检的孕妇1例作为研究对象,对其进行超声检查,分析孕妇腹中胎儿畸形的发生情况。结果孕妇腹中胎儿的超声诊断结果为胎儿双侧尺桡骨缺如并脐带囊肿。结论超声检查在诊断胎儿双侧尺桡骨缺如并脐带囊肿方面具有早发现、早诊断、早治疗等积极作用,其操作准确、方便、经济、实时、无创伤,可以提高我国人口素质,降低出生缺陷率。

Objective To explore and analyze the ultrasound diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord cyst and bilateral ulnar absence of radius.Methods In our hospital,fetal malformation antenatal examination of pregnant woman（n=1） as the research object,the ultrasonic inspection and analysis was made on the deformity of the fetus in pregnant women.Results Results of ultrasonic diagnosis of fetus in pregnant women for fetal umbilical cord cyst and bilateral ulnar absence of radius.Conclusion Ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal bilateral ulnar and radial and absence of umbilical cord cyst with early discovery,early diagnosis,early treatment and positive role,the accurate operation,convenient,economical,real-time,non-invasive can improve the quality of the population in our country,to reduce the rate of birth defects.
