麻醉方式的选择对老年人骨科术后患者感染控制的研究

Study on the Control of the Infection of Elderly in Department of Orthopedics After the Choice of the Mode of Anesthesia

目的探讨不同麻醉方式的选择对老年人骨科术后患者感染的影响。方法选取我院因"骨伤"采用手术治疗的88例老年患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。观察两组患者术后感染发生部位之间的关系和临床疗效。结果两组肺部感染、其他部位感染之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组泌尿道感染、手术切口感染之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组总有效率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年人骨科手术采用不同麻醉方式。

Objective To investigate the effects of different anesthetic methods on the infection of the elderly in department of orthopedics.Methods To select our hospital because of ＂bone＂ by surgical treatment,88 cases of elderly patients were selected as research object and were randomly divided into study group and control group. The relationship and clinical effect of two groups of patients with postoperative infection were observed. Results The difference was statistically significant between two groups of lung infection and other parts of infection（P〈0.05）. The difference was not statistically significant between two groups of urinary tract infection and surgical incision infection（P〈0.05）. The difference was not statistically significant between the total effective rate of two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is worth to popularize and apply different anesthesia methods in department of orthopedics operation for elderly.
