皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的应用意义及疗效探究

To Explore the Curative Effect of and Significance of Application of Skin Flap in Repairing Soft Tissue Defect of Hands

目的研究皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的应用意义。方法研究资料来源于我院2014年1月~2015年4月收治手部软组织缺损患者100例,根据密封信封不透光法,分为两组,微型修复组和传统修复组。传统修复组采用传统皮瓣修复方法进行修复;微型修复组采用微型岛状皮瓣修复方法进行修复。比较两组患者皮瓣质地评分、皮瓣外观评分、皮瓣弹性评分和皮瓣成活率、远期并发症率。结果微型修复组皮瓣成活率高于传统修复组,远期并发症发生率低于传统修复组,P〈0.05。微型修复组患者皮瓣质地评分、皮瓣外观评分、皮瓣弹性评分均高于传统修复组,P〈0.05。结论皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损中应用微型岛状皮瓣修复方法,可有效提升皮瓣成活率,提高皮瓣弹性、外观和质地,减少远期并发症的发生。

Objective To study the skin flap in repairing soft tissue defect of hands.Methods From January 2014 to April 2015,100 cases of patients with hand soft tissue defect in our hospital were divided into two groups,miniature rehabilitation group and traditional group,according to seal the envelope not pervious to light method.Traditional repair group was used about traditional flap repair method to repair; Miniature rehabilitation group was used about tiny island flap to repair,to compare flap quality score,flap appearance evaluation,the elasticity of skin flap and skin flap survival rate,long-term complication rate of two groups.Results The micro survival rate of miniature rehabilitation group was obviously higher than that of traditional group,longterm complication rate is significantly lower than traditional group,P〈0.05.Tiny flap quality score,flap repair group patients appearance evaluation,the elasticity of skin flap were higher than that of traditional group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The flap in the repair of hand soft tissue defect tiny island flap to repair method,which can effectively improve the survival rate of skin flap,improve elasticity of skin flap,appearance and quality of a material,reduce long-term complications,worthy of promotion.
