数字化塑形三维钛网修补颅骨缺损30例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases of Repairing Skull Defect for Digital Shaping 3D Titanium Mesh

目的探讨数字化塑形三维钛网修补颅骨缺损的临床应用价值。方法对我院2012年1月~2014年1月行数字化塑形钛网行颅骨修补术30例的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 30例患者术后恢复满意,无感染、皮下积液、硬膜外血肿及脑内血肿等并发症及不良反应。术后随访无钛网内陷、钛网移位、钛钉松动、外观满意度100%。结论数字化塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损修具有手术操作简便、安全性高,手术并发症少、外形满意度高等特点。

Objective To discuss the value of clinical application of digital shaping three-dimensional titanium mesh to repair skull defect.Methods In our hospital from January 2012 to January 2012,clinical data about 30 cases of patients with line digital shaping titanium mesh repair of skull were retrospectively analyzed.Results 30 cases of patients with postoperative recovery satisfaction,no infection,subcutaneous effusion hematoma,epidural hematoma and brain and other complications and adverse reactions.Postoperative follow-up without titanium mesh invagination,shift of the titanium mesh,titanium screw loosening,exterior 100% satisfaction.Conclusion Digital shaping titanium mesh to repair skull defect repair with the features of easy operation,high safety,less complications,satisfaction is high.
