踝关节骨折临床治疗观察

Clinical Observation on Ankle Fracture

目的探究踝关节骨折临床的治疗疗效。方法研究对象选取我院2015年3月~2016年3月收治的160例踝关节骨折患者,随机分为研究组与参照组,参照组80例患者给予常规治疗,研究组80例患者在常规治疗的基础上采用内固定手术进行治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较。结果研究组治疗有效率显著高于参照组,差异较为明显,P〈0.05。结论对踝关节骨折患者在常规治疗基础上使用内固定手术治疗可取得良好的效果,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the clinically curative effect in the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,160 cases of patients with ankle fractures were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into research group and control group.80 patients of control group were given about conventional treatment,80 patients of research group,on the basis of conventional treatment,were treated with internal fixation operation,to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results The rate of effectiveness of research group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,patients with ankle fractures using internal fixation surgery can achieve good effect,less adverse reactions.
