摘要
目的比较全胸腔镜与经胸骨手术治疗胸腺瘤临床效果。方法选择患者80例,分为两组,各40例,对照组行开放手术,观察组行胸腔镜手术,比较两组手术相关情况及生活质量。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血少于对照组(P<0.05),术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜下胸腺切除治疗胸腺瘤患者,能有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,促进患者术后早日康复,并提高患者术后生活质量。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS） and transsternal thymectomy for thymoma.Methods 80 cases of patients with thymoma were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,control group were used about open surgery,observation group were used about VATS,then to compare surgeryrelated and life quality.Results The operative time in the observation group was shorter than control group（P〈0.05）,the blood loss was less than control group（P〈0.05）,postoperative hospital stay was shorter than control group（P〈0.05）,life quality score was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion VATS thymectomy for thymoma can effectively short operation time and reduce bleeding and promote early recovery,so it can improve life quality.
