对比分析经腋前线单切口腔镜辅助乳腺纤维瘤手术与常规手术的临床效果

Comparative Study on Routine Operation and Breastfibroma Operation Assisted by Single-incision Laparoscopic Operation Through Anterior Axillary Line

目的对比分析常规手术和经腋前线单切口腔镜辅助乳腺纤维瘤手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效。方法通过数字表法,随机选取出2013年8月~2015年8月我院就诊乳腺纤维瘤患者100例,其中接受常规手术和经腋前线单切口腔镜辅助乳腺纤维瘤手术患者各50例,分别作为本次探究的对照组和观察组,对比分析两组手术效果。结果对照组和观察组手术时间、切口长度和平均住院时间相近,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但观察组患者的切口-病灶距离（8.7±2.7）cm则明显长于对照组的（1.4±1.1）cm,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同切口-病灶距离患者除手术时间外其他各指标间,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而病灶-切口距离短的患者手术时间显著少于病灶-切口距离长的患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组、对照组患者的临床总有效率统计统计结果分别为96.00%和94.00%,组间比较差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）。结论经腋前线单切口腔镜辅助乳腺纤维瘤手术手段临床治疗乳腺纤维不仅仅能够保证良好的治疗效果,同时更能满足女性患者对于美观的要求,应用价值显著。

Objective To compare and investigate the clinical effect of routine operation and breastfibroma operation assisted by single-incision laparoscopic operation through anterior axillary line.Methods From August 2013 to August 2015,100 cases of patients with fibroadenoma of breast in our hospital were selected and were divided into two groups.Control group was given about conventional treatment and observation group was given about breastfibroma operation assisted by single-incision laparoscopic operation through anterior axillary line.To compare the curative effect of two groups.Results Operation time,the length of incision and average hospital stay of observation group were closed to those of control group,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Notch-focal distance of observation group [（8.7±2.7） cm] was obviously longer than control group [（1.4±1.1） cm],the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Other indicators of patients with different notch-focal distance had no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Operation time of shorter notch-focal distance obviously shorter than patients with longer notch-focal distance,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The total efficiency of observation group and control group were 96.00% and 94.00%,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of breastfibroma operation assisted by singleincision laparoscopic operation through anterior axillary line in treating fibroadenoma of breast has significant effect and application value.
