电视胸腔镜与传统开胸手术治疗脓胸临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Video-assisted Thoracoscope and Traditional Open Heart Surgery for the Treatment of Pyothorax

目的观察电视胸腔镜与传统开胸手术分别作用于脓胸患者的临床医治效果。方法选取96例脓胸患者,随机分成观察组48例和对照组48例。观察组采用电视胸腔镜手术疗法,对照组采用传统开胸手术进行医治。对比两组临床效果。结果观察组并发症发生率8.33%,明显低于对照组22.92%,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=3.87,P〈0.05）。结论采用电视胸腔镜手术疗法作用于脓胸患者的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of video-assisted thoracoscope and traditional open heart surgery for the treatment of patients with pyothorax.Methods Chose 96 cases of patients with pyothorax,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscope surgery therapy,control group was treated with traditional open heart surgery,to compare the clinical effect of two groups.Results The incidence of complications of observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than 22.92% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=3.87,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscope surgery therapy in the treatment of pyothorax patients has distinctly,clinically curative effects.
