分析厄贝沙坦治疗高血压性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效及对肾功能转归的影响

Clinical Effect and Impact of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicating Renal Failure and on Renal Functional Outcome

目的探究对高血压性肾功能衰竭的治疗中在常规治疗基础上采用厄贝沙坦治疗的临床疗效及肾功能转归的情况。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院确诊的高血压性肾功能衰竭病例进行探究,选取患者120例,根据随机分层法对患者分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采用硝苯地平和美托洛尔常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗情况。结果两组患者尿常规指标比较,除24 h内混合尿比重外,观察组均优于对照组,肾功能转归优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上采用厄贝沙坦对高血压性肾功能衰竭的患者治疗的疗效显著,有效调整患者的血压,使患者血压在正常范围内,保护患者的肾功能,提高患者肾小球的滤过率,利于患者的肾功能转归,临床价值较高。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and impact of irbesartan in the treatment of hypertensive kidney failure and on renal functional outcome.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,120 cases of patients with hypertension complicating renal failure in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Control group was given about nifedipine and metoprolol,observation group,on the basis of control group,was treated with irbesartan,to compare the treatment condition of two groups.Results To compare routine urine indicators of two groups,expect mixed urine mixed proportion within 24 h,observation group was better than control group,renal functional outcome was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of irbesartan based on conventional treatment in the treatment of hypertension complicating renal failure has significant effects,it can adjust blood pressure,protect renal function and improve glomerulus filterability.
