门冬氨酸鸟氨酸在肝性脑病治疗中的应用分析

Analysis on Ornithine Aspartate in the Treatment of Hepatic Encephalopathy

目的探究门冬氨酸鸟氨酸对肝性脑病的治疗效果和临床价值。方法按照随机数字的方式将我院于2014年10月~2015年10月收治的24例肝性脑病患者分为两组,对照组（12例）和观察组（12例）。给予对照组患者常规治疗,给予观察组患者常规治疗基础上的门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗,对比并分析治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且治疗后血氨水平较低,两组结果对比（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论对肝性脑病患者采用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗,效果显著。

Objective Ornithine Aspartate effect and its clinical value in treatment of hepatic encephalopathy are to be studied.Methods From October 2014 to October 2015,24 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy in our hospital were divided into control group（12 cases） and study group（12 casess） according to digits randomly,12 cases in control group were given about conventional treatment,while,12 cases of patients in study group were given about additional ornithine aspartate medication treatment,and then to analyze curative effects between two groups.Results Patients＇ treatment efficiency in study group was much higher than that in control group; Besides,patients＇ blood ammonia level in study group was much lower than that in control group after treatment,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ornithine aspartate is quite effective in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy.
