西咪替丁在病毒性皮肤病中的应用效果观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Cimetidine on Viral Skin Diseases

目的观察西咪替丁在病毒性皮肤病中的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月~2015年7月我院收治的病毒性皮肤病患者30例作为对照组,给予常规治疗;选取同期同类型患者30例作为研究组,在常规治疗基础上添加西咪替丁治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析和对比。结果给予两种不同的治疗方法后,研究组的治疗总体有效率以及总体满意率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。讨论对病毒性皮肤病患者采用西咪替丁治疗方法,效果显著,提高了患者的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of application of cimetidine on viral skin diseases.Methods From July 2014 to 2015,30 cases of patients with viral skin diseases in our hospital were selected as control group,given routine therapy; 30 cases of patients with the same type were selected as observation group during same period,observation group,on the basis of conventional treatment,was treated with cimetidine,to compare and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After treatments,the total effective rate and the overall rate of satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Viral skin diseases were treated with cimetidine,which has significant effects on improvement of the patient＇s satisfaction.
