摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果。方法随机将110例慢性浅表性胃炎患者平均分为两组。对照组采用奥美拉唑,观察组在对照组的基础上采用多潘立酮。结果观察组总有效率、临床症状积分、复发率及不良反应发生率等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of omeprazole combined Abstract： in the treatment of CSG.Methods 110 cases of patients were divided into two groups,control group was used about omeprazole,and observation group was used about domperidone on the basis of control group.Results The total efficiency,clinical symptoms,recurrence rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of CSG is ideal.
