辛伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察

Efficacy of Simvastatin Combined With Metformin in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

目的探讨辛伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将78例非酒精性脂肪肝患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组各39例。对照组予辛伐他汀治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用二甲双胍治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后,治疗组的ALT、AST、r-GT、TG、TC指标水平下降均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simvastatin combined with metformin in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods 78 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simvastatin,and the treatment group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the ALT,AST,r-GT,TG and TC indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Simvastatin combined with metformin in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is significant,safe and reliable.
