摘要
目的探讨中药离子导入法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法随机将70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者均分为两组,对照组给予中频治疗仪治疗,观察组给予药物离子导入法。结果观察组总有效率、VAS评分等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods We divided 70 patients into two groups,the control group used medium frequency therapeutic apparatus,and observation group used Chinese Medicine iontophoresis.Results The total efficiency,VAS scores of observation group was significantly better than control group. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is ideal.
