活血化瘀中药注射剂的不良反应规律及特点

Adverse Reaction Rules and Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection of Activating Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis

目的探析活血化瘀中药注射剂的不良反应规律及特点。方法选取我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的108例使用活血化瘀中药注射剂发生不良反应的患者,对患者的临床病例资料追踪分析,归纳不良反应的规律和特点。结果年龄差异、药剂量不同、药物之间相互作用以及体质对药剂的敏感度等很多原因构成了不良反应的产生。具有高发性、多样性、不确定性、快速性等。结论活血化瘀中药注射剂产生不良反应的人数众多,且规律都不相同,在临床应用上要加强对此类药物的不良反应的预防和紧急处置方式。

Objective To explore the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods From February 2013 to February 2015,108 cases of patients using activating blood Chinese medicine injections in our hospital occurred adverse reactions,analysis of clinical data of patients,to summarize the rules and characteristics of the adverse reaction.Results the differences of age,the different dosage,the interaction between the drugs and the sensitivity of the constitution to the drug were formed.With high incidence,diversity,uncertainty,rapidity,etc.Conclusion The number of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and the law are not the same,in the clinical application to strengthen the prevention and emergency treatment of adverse reactions of such drugs.
