2012～2015年我院化痰止咳平喘类饮片使用分析

Utilization of Chinese Crude Drugs in Phlegm Cough and Asthma in Our Hospital During 2012～2015

目的对我院化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片的使用情况进行分析,为中饮片的合理应用、采购和管理提供参考。方法利用河南省中医药研究院附属医院中药饮片库信息统计系统中对2012~2015年化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片的种类、销售量、销售额等进行分析统计。结果我院化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片使用量占全院中药饮片使用量的5.64%~6.21%。其销售量呈每年递增趋势,销售量排名前20味的化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片类别和排序基本不变。结论我院化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片呈年递增趋势,但在中药饮片中比重基本稳定。本研究对化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片的分析统计,为中药饮片的采购,保证其临床供应提供了参考。

Objective To analyze the use of Chinese crude drugs in Phlegm cough and asthma from our hospital,to provide reference for rational use,purchase and management of crude.Methods The consumption data of Chinese crude drugs in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were collected and analyzed by using Information statistics system of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the Affiliated Hospital of Henan traditional Chinese medicine Research Institute.Results The consumption sum of Chinese crude drugs in amount of phlegm cough and asthma was 5.64% to 6.21% in the total amount of Chinese herbal medicine.Conclusion phlegm cough and asthma accounted for Chinese herbal pieces showed an increasing trend year by year.However,the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine is in the basic stability.For the procurement of Chinese herbal pieces,analysis of phlegm cough and asthma accounted for Chinese herbal Pieces ensure that the supply of its clinical application provides a reference.
