中西医结合治疗药物流产后出血临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Integrative Medicine in Bleeding After Medical Abortion

目的探讨中西医结合法治疗药物流产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取我院妇产科收治的128例早孕患者,随机分为两组,对照组接受药物流产后注射缩宫素治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上,再服用加味生化汤治疗。观察并比较两组患者的阴道出血情况。结果实验组阴道出血量治疗的总有效率为96.9%,高于对照组的84.5%(P<0.05),阴道出血持续时间治疗的总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的78.1%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗药物流产后出血,可以有效缩短阴道出血时间,减少出血量,有效促进患者的身体恢复。

Objective In order to investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in bleeding after medical abortion.Methods 128 cases of early pregnancy patients were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,control group received oxytocin treatment after medical abortion,study group was given about traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.Vaginal bleeding in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of vaginal bleeding and duration of vaginal bleeding in the study group respectively were 96.9% and 93.8%,which were significantly higher than 84.5%,78.1%.In the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrative Medicine for bleeding after medical abortion can effectively shorten the time of bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding,effectively promote physical recovery.
