摘要
目的探讨血液透析护理管理中风险管理的应用效果。方法对比100例接受血液透析治疗患者在采用常规护理与风险管理后的满意度。结果观察组中96.0%的患者对护理感到满意,而对照组中只有76.0%的患者对护理感到满意,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理应用于血液透析护理管理中有一定的效果,对护理质量提高有着关键性的作用,可降低护理风险,提高患者对护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the application effect of risk management in nursing management of hemodialysis.Methods The satisfaction degree of 50 patients receiving hemodialysis treatment with routine nursing and risk management was compared. Results The 96.0% of patients in observation group were satisfied with nursing,while in the control group,only 76.0% of patients were satisfied with nursing,was difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk management applied in hemodialysis nursing management has a certain effect,has a crucial role on improving the quality of care,and it can reduce the risk of care and improve patient satisfaction with care.
