舒适护理在留置PICC管操作中的应用

The Application of Comfort Nursing in Patients With Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters

目的探讨分析舒适护理在经外周静脉置入中心导管（PICC）患者中的应用。方法选取我院在2014年5月~2015年6月收治的120例接受PICC置管的患者作为研究对象,将所有随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予舒适护理。治疗后,比较两组患者的置管时间、焦虑、疼痛情况、舒适度、满意度以及并发症发生率。结果置管后观察组患者置管时间、焦虑、疼痛、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者舒适度和满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理在PICC患者中的护理效果显著,可改善患者负面情绪,减轻患者疼痛,减少置管时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of comfort nursing for the treatment of peripherally inserted central venous catheters.Methods 120 patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters,from May 2014 to June 2015,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the experimental group was given comfort nursing.indwelling time,anxiety,condition of pain,comfort degree,satisfaction and rate of complications were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,indwelling time,anxiety,condition of pain and rate of complications in the observation group were lower than the control group,was difference had statistically significance（P〈0.05）.The comfort degree,satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfort nursing is an effective and safe method for peripherally inserted central venous catheters.
