摘要
目的评定重型颅脑损伤患者术后落实持续颅内压监测方案的护理配合价值。方法选择2010年1月~2016年4月因患有重型颅脑损伤而进入本院接受手术治疗的30例患者,术后均施以持续颅内压监测,并配合展开细节护理服务,评估患者术后护理成效。结果经评估,7例患者治疗良好,18例轻度残疾,2例重度残疾,2例保持植物状态,1例病死,有效率83.33%。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者施行手术治疗及相应细节护理服务,可提升疗效。
Objective To evaluate the severe head injury patients postoperative nursing coordination with the value to carry out the continuous intracranial pressure monitoring programme. Methods From April 2010 to January 2016,30 cases with severe head injury in our hospital surgery,postoperative continuous intracranial pressure monitoring were administered,and cooperate with the details of nursing service,evaluation of patients with postoperative care. Results After evaluation,7 patients in the treatment of good,18 cases of mild disability,2 cases of severely disabled,maintain vegetative state in 2 cases,1 case of death,the effective rate was 83.33%. Conclusion Surgery in patients with severe head injury treatment details and corresponding nursing care,can significantly improve curative effect.
