开放大学创新创业教育体系研究

Research on Educational System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Open University

创新创业教育作为我国高等教育改革发展的新趋势,起源于美国,后逐渐发展到其他许多国家。开放大学开展创新创业教育同样意义重大,而且在聚集优质教育资源、丰富教育教学手段、创新人才培养方式等方面较之普通高校更具有优势。根据天津开放大学的特点构建由"1236"(即一条主线、两翼发展、三个面向、六项支撑)新格局为基础的开放大学创新创业教育体系,融入学历教育、非学历教育和终身学习服务协调发展过程,以"服务全民学习"为宗旨,全面提升开放大学的办学水平。

Education of innovation and entrepreneurship originated from US, and gradually immigrated into many other countries. It has become the new trend of the reform and development of higher education in China. Education of innovation and entrepreneurship in open universities is also significant, and is more competitive than that in regular institutions in the aspects of integrating high quality educational resources, enriching teaching methodology and innovating talent cultivating modes,etc. In accordance with the characteristics of Tianjin Open University, we build educational system of innovation and entrepreneurship based on the new ＂1236＂ system, coordinate the development among formal, informal and lifelong learning services, and comprehensively improve the quality of open university under the guideline of＂serving learning for all＂.
