摘要
基于我国老龄化进程的加快,基于"互联网+"环境,对不同层次、不同地区的老年人开展调研和访谈。老年人难以融入"互联网+"的大环境,针对老年人设计的互联网产品缺乏,老年人有再社会化的需求。应借鉴国外开展老年教育的成果和经验,如"第三龄大学"的模式等,从更新观念、加大投入、制度建设及搭建平台几方面入手来解决问题,以期为创建学习型社会、构建终身学习体系提供参考。
Based on the accelerating aging process in China, under the circumstance of"Internet Plus", and through surveys and interviews on senior citizens from all walks of life in different regions, there are problems such as senior citizens' difficulty in assimilating into "Internet Plus" environment, insufficiency of Internet products designed for senior citizens, and their demand on re-socialization, etc. On consulting achievements and experience of other countries carrying out elderly education such as "tertiary college"mode, etc., this paper puts forwards that the above problems should be solved in the aspects of conception, funding, system, and platform, in order to provide guidance for building learning society and lifelong education system.
