摘要
黑龙江大庆地区负荷较重,其大火甲乙线等输电通道重载问题已持续多年,近年来随着风电的陆续接入,该问题已成为制约大庆地区电力发展的瓶颈。为了解决这一问题,黑龙江省政府在"十三五"期间,将在大庆西部电网投产一座500 kV变电站。该变电站投产后会给大庆地区带来如何变化,笔者则采用电力系统分析综合程序对该电网进行了仿真分析,比较了其接入系统前后潮流分布情况,同时,对未来输电网建设时序和建设规划提出了调整建议。
The heavy load of Daqing- Huoju double- circuit line has last for many years because of the heavy load in Daqing. In recent years,this problem has become the bottleneck which restricts the development of power industry in this area as the integration of wind farms. In order to solve the problem,Heilongjiang Province will put a500 kV substation into operation in the west of Daqing. Aiming at the change of Daqing brought by the substation,the author simulated the power grid by PSASP,compared the flow distribution before and after the integration,and at the same time proposed the suggestion for future schedule and planning of transmission network.
