摘要
唐钢360m2烧结机通过稳定原燃料供给渠道,研究含铁料配矿结构、优化工艺操作、降低单位加工费用、实施自动化控制改造、挖掘人力资源潜力等手段,开发了综合性能优良的低价矿粉经济稳定配加方案,解决了高褐铁矿烧结的节点技术,实现了降低铁前烧结工序单位成本的目标。
Sinter machine of 360m2 in tangsteel develops excellent stable economic plan with lowcost powder,solves the high technology node of limonite sintering, realizes the goal of reducing unit cost of sintering process by stabilizing raw fuel supply channels, studying of structure of iron ore bearing structure, optimizing process operation, reducing unit processing cost, actualizing automatic control reform,tapping human resources potential and so on.
