摘要
介绍了高品质刮削加工缸体用钢冶炼工艺和提高钢质纯净度的技术措施。通过对电弧炉冶炼终点碳控制,强化预脱氧,LF精炼和夹杂物变性处理工艺,连铸保护浇铸和电磁搅拌工艺的研究,采用电弧炉→LF精炼→VD真空处理→圆坯连铸工艺生产的高品质刮削加工缸体用钢工艺稳定,钢中非金属夹杂物含量低,钢质纯净度高。生产的高品质刮削加工缸体用无缝钢管产品的力学性能、-20℃冲击韧性完全满足用户的标准要求,产品的非金属夹杂物完全满足滚削加工的高质量要求。
To describe the smelting process of steel used for high-quality skiving machining cylin- ders and the technical treatments to enhance steel purity. Through research on carbon controlling at the end of EAF smelting, pre-deoxidation strengthening, LF refining, nonmetallic inclusion modification treatment, protective continuous casting and electromagnetic stirring process, and adopting the process of "EAF→ LF refining→ VD furnace vacuum treatment→ Continuous casting of round billet", the produced steel used for high-quality skiving machining cylinders are stable and in possess of low nonmetallic inclusions and high steel purity. These cylinders can meet the mechanical property and -20℃ impact toughness required by customers and their nonmetallic inclusions meet the high-quality requirement for skiving machining.
