摘要
对一种经济型稠油热采井专用套管进行分析研究,其管柱设计采用应变设计准则,同时兼顾应力设计准则,在保证材料的性能条件下采用成本较低的Cr-Mn系钢种。通过与目前国内油田广泛采用的Cr-Mo钢种进行了常规力学性能、高温拉伸、热循环试验及热膨胀系数测定等对比试验以评估产品性能指标,结果显示基于应变的热采井设计新方法开发的经济型稠油热采井专用套管可满足油田开发使用需求且更为经济。
In this paper, an economic casing for studied. The string design using strain criterion, heavy oil thermal recovery well is analyzed and both stress design 'criterion, in ensuring the performance of the material under the condition of the lower host of Cr-Mn steel. Through the current widely used in domestic oilfields with Cr-Mo steel grade for the conventional mechanical properties, high temperature tensile, thermal cycling test and determination of thermal expansion coefficient of contrast test in the evaluation of product performance index, the results show that thermal recovery wells design method based on strain development of economy of heavy oil thermal recovery wells special casing can meet the demand of the oilfield development use and more economic.
