摘要
SUP13Cr钢是由普通13Cr发展而来,综合力学性能及抗腐蚀性都有所提高,但SUP13Cr钢中高Cr、高Mo的成分设计,使钢具有很高的耐腐蚀性能的同时,组织中容易出现δ铁素体。δ铁素体又称高温铁素体,在室温下相对少见,但在SUP13Cr钢中仍然有δ铁素体保留到常温下,由于δ铁素体较脆,在加工及使用中易引发裂纹,并且容易引发点蚀,对材料的韧性造成破坏性的影响,所以一般无缝管生产中把δ铁素体作为有害相加以控制。现以三种不同13Cr系列钢种为试验对象,重点研究SUP13Cr钢中的δ铁素体在热处理过程中的含量变化,并提出了减轻SUP13Cr中δ铁素体的热处理措施。
SUP13Cr steel is developed from ordinary 13Cr and the comprehensive mechanical prop- erties and corrosion resistance are improved. The composition design of high Cr and Mo in SUP13Cr steel which makes the steel has a high corrosion resistance and the structure is prone to be delta ferrite. Delta ferrite is also known as high temperature ferrite, relatively rare at room temperature, but in the SUP13Cr steel is still a delta {errite retained to the normal temperature. Because the delta ferrite is brittle, it is easy to cause cracks in the process of use, and it is easy to lead to pitting corrosion, which has a destructive effect on the toughness of the material, so the delta ferrite is used as a harmful additive in the production of seamless pipe. The content change of the delta ferrite in SUP13Cr steel is studied on the basis of three different 13Cr steel, and heat treatment measure to reduce the content of delta ferrite is propsed..
