摘要
生产89mm以下规格TP347H不锈无缝钢管时,内表面出现"鼓泡"缺陷,通过对该缺陷分布及宏观、微观等进行分析研究。结果显示,钢管内表面出现的"鼓包"缺陷,是由于钢坯内大型非金属夹杂物所致,钢坯中非金属夹杂物异常主要是炼钢过程中卷渣造成。
