摘要
介绍了FQM连轧机机组步进式冷床上摇臂用滑动轴承,因使用中故障较多,造成钢管表面质量问题,维护更换不便等问题,所以在分析计算后更换原设计铜瓦为剖分式圆柱滚子轴承,并通过3个月的试用验证,效果良好。结果表明:选择合适的剖分式圆柱滚子轴承可完全替代滑动轴承,极大降低了设备运行成本,降低了维护强度,已使用2年,符合设计预期。
Introducing FQM pipe plantfs walk beam cooling bed's lifting device rotary arm bear- ings.Because of more breakdown in using, the bearings cause the pipe surface quality problems and serious maintenance problem. In order to avoid these problem, these copper tiles were re- placed by split cylindrical roller bearings according to analysis and calculation. It worked well in three months's test period. The results showed that the appropriate split cylindrical roller bearings can completely replace plain bearings.This improvement greatly reduce the equipment's running cost and maintenance intensity. By using for two years, It achieve the desired results.
