Although many scholars always fantasizing the ecological problems of capital civilization,by studing on green technology law,natural capitalization and risk transfer theory,we can find that the ecological restoration of the western countries has the institutional defects and injustice orientation. Only by getting rid of the eternal capital of charms and rational economic constraints,seeking civilization paradigm transformation,can effectively resolve the existence predicament. This is very helpful for us to correctly deal with the relationship between capital market and environmental protection,socialism and ecological civilization.
