摘要
采用非参数的DEA-Malmquist指数法测算了我国制造业28个行业2001—2013年期间的全要素生产率,并采取线性标准化方法构建环境规制的综合测量体系来量化环境规制强度。研究表明:我国制造业行业生产率总体上是有效率的,技术进步是影响全要素生产率提高的主要原因;环境规制促进了制造业总体全要素生产率的增长。从行业分类来看对重度污染行业具有显著的促进作用;对中度污染行业具有阻碍作用;而对于轻度污染行业的作用结果不显著。
The paper using non- parametric DEA- Malmquist index to calculate the total factor productivity of China's 28 manufacturing industries during 2001- 2013,taking a standardized method for constructing linear environmental regulation of integrated measurement system to quantify the intensity of environmental regulation. The studies show that: the productivity of the manufacturing industry is generally efficient,technological progress is the main reason to increase total factor productivity; the environmental regulations contributed to the overall growth of total factor productivity in manufacturing. From the industry classification point of view,it significantly promotes the heavy pollution industries; hinders moderate pollution industries; and the effect on light pollution industries is not significant.
