美国战略东移背景下中国与亚太大国关系的新变化

On the New Changes about China's Relations with Asia-pacific Great Powers in the Context of US Eastward Strategy

奥巴马政府上任后,美国高调"重返"亚太,实施战略重心东移。美国重返亚太战略势必对亚太地区的局势与国际关系产生重要影响。美国重返亚太的一个重要意图就是要防范甚至遏制快速崛起的中国,为此调整了对亚太地区尤其是亚太大国的外交政策。因此,中国与亚太大国的关系发展在面临新机遇的同时,更多的是新挑战。但中国坚持和平发展,注重周边外交,致力于构建新型大国关系,能够应对美国重返亚太给中国带来的挑战。

Shortly after taking office,Obama administration declared US return to Asia- pacific with a great fanfare in order to implement its＇ eastward strategy,which will inevitably exert a big influence on both the region＇s situation and the international relations. As one of the intensions for US return to Asia- pacific is to take precautions against and even contain China. Therefore,America adjusted its foreign policies to the region,especially the major powers. Consequently,China＇s relationships with other major powers in the region faces more challenges than opportunities. Nevertheless,China persists in its peaceful development,pays attention to the neighboring diplomacy and devotes itself to the new pattern of relationship between great powers. Moreover,China can cope with any challenges by US pivot to Asia- pacific.
