摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在四肢创伤骨缺损中的应用价值。方法选择我院骨科未开展3D打印技术期间(2012年12月~2013年12月)收治的创伤性四肢骨缺损的患者56例作为对照组,开展3D打印技术期间(2014年1月-2015年1月)收治的创伤性四肢骨缺损的患者45例作为观察组,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、治疗效果及术后不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间及术中出血量明显少于对照组,治疗效果的优良率为93.33%,远远高于对照组的69.64%,不良反应的发生率为11.11%,远远低于对照组的19.64%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论3D打印技术能够对患者的四肢骨缺损情况进行明确的判断和分析,使修复效果达到最佳。值得在临床中广泛应用。 Objective To discuss the application value of 3D printing in bone defect of limbs. Methods 56 patients with traumatic bone defect in limbs treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 when 3D printing was not conducted were selected as control group; and another 45 patients with traumatic bone defect in limbs treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 when 3D printing was conducted were selected as observation group. The operation duration, blood loss during operation, treatment effect and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The operation duration and blood loss during operation were significantly lower in the ob- servation group than in the control group. The excellent and good rate of treatment was 93.33% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 69.64% in the control group; The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 11.11% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 19.64% in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion 3D printing can provide definite diagnosis and analysis on the bone defect of limbs in patients to optimize the effect of repair, thus is worthy to be promoted in clinical practice.
