摘要
随着全球化经济的不断发展,企业在经营过程中面临的挑战越来越大。中国远洋在全球航运业处于领先地位,对于我国的经济发展起着十分重要的作用,然而在2011、2012年,中国远洋陷入严重的财务困境,本文通过剖析中国远洋财务困境可能的原因,并对其在2013年以及2014年为走出财务困境所做的调整进行了总结,以对企业的发展提出一些警示。
With the continuous development of economic globalization,enterprises are facing growing challenges in the course of business. China COSCO shipping industry are in a leading position in the whole world. China COSCO plays a very important role in our country ＇s economic development. However,in 2011 and 2012,China COSCO was in serious financial difficulties. Through an analysis of the possible reasons for China COSCO＇s financial dstress,thispaper summerizes the adjustment the company madeto solve the financial distress in 2013 and 2014 in expecatation to put forward some warning signals for the enterprise＇s development.
