摘要
在我国经济下行压力加大,经济政策从刺激消费和投资拉动向经济侧供给转换的调整过程中,商业照明制造企业发展面临诸多不确定性因素。笔者在深入调查分析物流运营中心模式特点的基础上,以商业照明制造企业物流链为链条,分别从物流价值链市场、价值和渠道博弈维度阐述了当前物流运营中心模式存在的困惑,同时从品牌力消费、产品结构和供应链管理体系三个因素角度进行了重点解构,提出了物流运营中心模式的可行性改进路径。
Under the downward pressure of China 's economy,in the economic policy adjustment process of transferring from stimulating consumption and investment pulling to economic supply,the development of commercial lighting manufacturing enterprises are facing many uncertainties. Based on a thorough investigation and analysis of the characteristic of the logistics center operation mode,with commercial lighting manufacturing enterprise logistics chain as the chain,the author elaborates the confusion existed in current logistics operation center,undetakes reconstruction from brand consumption,product structure,and supply chain management and puts forward feasible improvement paths to logistic operation center mode.
