基于一体化模式的我国MBA教育案例教学研究

On the Case Teaching of China's MBA Education Based on the Integration Mode

案例教学作为一种具有实践性和启发性的教学法,因与社会和企业真实管理情境的接近,目前被国内外商学院广泛接受,并对我国MBA教育教学的发展起到了重要作用。本文在分析我国MBA教育案例教学存在问题的基础上,借鉴毅伟商学院一体化案例教学模式,提出了创建基于中国情境的MBA教育案例教学的建议,以探索和创新适合中国MBA人才培养的案例教学模式。

Case- based teaching,a practical and enlightening teaching method whose situation is similar to that in society and enterprise,has been widely accepted by domestic and foreign business college and plays an essential role in the development of China＇s MBA education. On the basis of the analysis of the remaining problem in our country＇s MBA case- based teaching and the experience of the integration mode case- based teaching in IVEY（ Richard Ivey School of Business）,the proposal on creating the MBA case- based teaching in accordance with Chinese situation was put forward in this paper so as to to explore and innovate a case- based teaching mode fit for China＇s MBA education.
