高职班级文化建设的实践与反思

Practice and Reflection on the construction of class culture in Higher Vocational Education——Based on My work experience of a Counselor

班级文化建设是推进班级建设的一个重要抓手。在实践中,从学生特点出发,确定建构团结有爱、积极上进的班级文化作为高职班级文化建设基本目标。从饱涵爱心、建设制度、支持校园文化活动、关心特殊学生四个方面探索班级文化建设路径。同时基于实践反思:班级文化建设的内在影响因素需要不断构建,实践导向需要把握好尺度,实践主体需要逐步转换,深入实践需要考虑外部环境的影响。

The construction of class culture is one of the important means to promote the development of the class. In practical activities, according to the characteristics of students,we try to construct a class culture which is full of love, positive and motivated, and it will be the basic goal of the construction of class culture in Higher Voca- tional Education. We explore the path of class culture construction from four aspects, which are full of love, the de- velopment of the system, the support of campus cultural activities, the care of special students. At the same time, we also realize that the construction of class culture needs to pay attention to the internal factors, we should grasp the scale of the practice ,. and gradually change the main role, take into account the impact of the external environ- ment in the process of the practice.
