竞争性市场经济理论是社会主义市场经济体制建设的理论基础。改革开放以来,我国社会主义市场经济经历了三个发展阶段:有计划的商品经济时期、以社会主义市场经济体制为改革目标的初步发展时期和深入发展时期。迄今,我国社会主义市场经济依然呈现商品市场发展较快,要素市场发展相对滞后的总体特征。长期来看,平衡发展的市场经济体系是建立健全社会主义市场经济体制的必由之路。

Competitive market economy theory is the theoretical basis of the construction of socialist market economy system.Since reform and opening up,the development of China＇s socialist market economy has experienced three stages of development：planned commodity economy period,the initial development period and deep development period of the socialist market economic system。So far,China＇s socialist market economy is still showing the overall characteristics of the market：the rapid development of commodity markets,the factors of market development is lagging behind。In the long term,the balanced development of the market economy system is the only way to establish a sound system of socialist market economy.
