摘要
在全球信息化浪潮的推动下,智慧城市已经成为城市发展的新方向。钱学森提出的从定性到定量的综合集成方法,在指导系统工程研究中取得了巨大成功。在分析当前智慧城市研究与建设中存在的局限性的基础上,把从定性到定量的综合集成的工程方法引入到智慧城市建设中来。剖析智慧城市的开放复杂巨系统的特征,分析从定性到定量综合集成方法在智慧城市建设中的可行性,构建从定性到定量综合集成方法在智慧城市建设中的应用模型,对当前中国智慧城市的建设提出建议。
Smart city has become the new direction of urban development under the impetus of global informationization.The meta-synthesis proposed by Qian Xue-sen has achieved great success in system engineering research,this paper introduced meta-synthesis into the smart city construction based on analysis of the limitation in the research of smart city construction.Considering smart city as a kind of open complex giant systems,analyzed the meta-synthesis＇ s feasibility in smart city construction,then proposed the application model of meta- synthesis in smart city construction,at last provided suggestions to China＇s smart city construction.
