摘要
目的研究及观察病毒性脑炎患者机体代谢及神经功能指标的变化,为疾病治疗措施的制定提供依据。方法选取2014年3月-2015年9月医院收治的48例病毒性脑炎患者为观察组,同时期同龄48名健康人员选为对照组,将两组脑氧代谢、蛋白代谢及神经功能指标进行分别检测,比较两组不同分期与脑电图检查结果。结果观察组脑氧代谢指标中氧摄取率(O_2ER)为(32.56±4.10)%,高于对照组(22.14±2.56)%,混和静脉血氧饱和度(SvO_2)及动脉血氧含量(CaO_2)分别为(63.45±4.86)%及(124.56±10.31)ml/L,其均低于对照组(73.63±5.68)%及(171.84±15.22)ml/L,观察组蛋白代谢指标均低于对照组,神经功能指标则均高于对照组,且其中不同分期与脑电图检查者检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病毒性脑炎患者机体代谢及神经功能指标的变化较大,且不同分期与脑电图检查者的差异也较为明显,因此对于疾病的诊断具有较高的临床价值。
OBJECTIVE To study and observe the change state of organism metabolism and nerve function indexes of patients with viral encephalitis,so as to provide evidence for the formulation of treatment measures.METHODS A total of 48 patients with viral encephalitis admitted in hospital from Mar.2014 to Sep.2015 were selected as observation group,and 48 healthy personnel of the same age at the same period were selected as the control group,then the cerebral oxygen metabolism,protein catabolism and nerve function indexes of two groups were respectively detected,then the inspection results of control group and observation group,observation group with different stages and EEG examination results were compared.RESULTS The cerebral oxygen metabolism indexes including oxygen extraction ratio(O2ER)of observation group was(32.56±4.10)%,and it was higher than(22.14±2.56)%of control group,Oxygen saturation of mixed venose blood(SvO2)and arterial oxygen content(CaO2)were respectively(63.45±4.86)% and(124.56±10.31)ml/L,and they were all lower than(73.63±5.68)% and(171.84±15.22)ml/L of control group,the protein catabolism indexes of observation group were all lower than those of control group,the nerve function indexes were all higher than those of control group,and the inspection results of observation group with different stages and EEG examination results had significantly differences(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The change of organism metabolism and nerve function indexes of patients with viral encephalitis are great,and the inspection results′differences of patients with different stages and EEG examination results are significantly too,so its clinical diagnosis value for the disease are higher.
