摘要
目的探讨血管介入治疗患者预防性应用抗菌药物对其术后感染的临床效果,为其临床研究提供参考。方法选择2013年5月-2015年10月100例行血管介入治疗的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组患者术前给予预防性应用抗菌药物,对照组不给予抗菌药预防性治疗。比较两组患者术后感染等情况。结果观察组术后体温升高占28.0%,白细胞升高占8.0%,嗜中性粒细胞百分比升高占8.0%,CRP升高占6.0%,PCT升高为0,对照组分别为36.0%、12.0%、10.0%、4.0%、2.0%,差异无统计学意义;两组患者发生切口感染及靶器官感染率分别为6.0%、0.0%与4.0%、2.0%,差异无统计学意义;观察组住院费用(1.03±0.33万元)高于对照组(0.85±0.24万元),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管介入术前预防性应用抗菌药与术后感染的发生无相关性,但增加了患者住院费用,结果表明,行血管介入患者不需要术前预防性应用抗菌药。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical effect of preventive application of antimicrobial agents in vascular interventional therapy to postoperative infection,so as to provide reference for clinical research.METHODS A total of 100 patients received vascular interventional therapy from May.2013 to Oct.2015 were selected.All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.Patients in observation group were given preventive application of antimicrobial agents preoperative,but patients in control group were not.The postoperative infection state in both groups was compared.RESULTS Body temperature,WBC,neutrophil percentage,CRP and PCT in observation group were all increased and the proportion were 28.0%,8.0%,8.0%,6.0% and0.0%,which were 36.0%,12.0%,10.0%,4.0% and 2.0% in control group,and there were no significant differences.The proportion of incision infection and target organs infection in observation group were 6.0% and0.0%,but in control group were 4.0% and 2.0%,and there were no significant differences.The hospital cost in observation group was(1.03±0.33)ten thousand,which was significantly higher than(0.85±0.24)ten thousand in control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThere is no correlation between application of antimicrobial agents and the incidence of postoperative infection,but which only increase the inpatient expenses.There is no need of preoperative application of antimicrobial agents in patients with vascular interventional therapy.
