摘要
本文介绍了新一代无线移动通信用一种新型ALN陶瓷大功率微波负载。该射频负载通过浆料重烧和电镀方式,实现了大功率膜阻值精度控制、导体耐焊接性和低驻波比的要求。该元件具有小型片式化、低成本、阻抗匹配性好等特点,可以应用于4G/4.5G新一代无线移动通信系统。
This paper introduces a new type of high power microwave load of ALN ceramic for new generation wireless mobile communication. The RF load by slurry burning and plating method, to achieve the precision control of high power membrane resistance and conductor resistance welding and low VSWR requirements. It has the characteristics of small size, low cost and good impedance matching. It can be used in the next generation wireless mobile communication system of 4G/4.5G.
