摘要
当前,社会力量正通过各种方式参与图书馆发展。以温州地区社会力量参与图书馆发展为例,基本途径主要包括个人出资、捐赠、参与政府购买、志愿服务、合作及赞助等;典型模式有3种,即基于合作共赢目的、基于人文志愿理念和基于体制改革的社会力量参与模式;特征为参与面广、来源多样、渗透力强和效能明显。借鉴温州地区的成功经验,图书馆应加强社会力量参与的理念宣传和引导,创建更多的工作平台,吸引社会力量的深入参与和宏观管理,加强对各种社会力量的反向嵌入,注重社会力量参与后馆员的转型提升。
At present, social forces involve in the library development in various ways. As a study case, essential approaches of social forces involing in the library development in Wenzhou, include individual contribution, donation, participating in the government purchase, volunteer service, cooperation and sponsorship. Three typical models of social forces participation are win-win cooperation- based model, humanistic voluntary-based model and system reform-based model. The characteristics and advantages of those models are wide participation, diverse sources, strong penetration and significant performance. Learning from the successful experience of Wenzhou, the library should strengthen propaganda and guidance of the social forces participation, create more work platforms, attract social forces deeply involving in participation and macromanagement, strengthen the reverse embedded of social forces, and focus on librarian's transformation and promotion.
