金融采购信息化初探

An Exploration on the Informationization of Financial Firms' Procurement

当下,很多金融企业都在推进采购信息化建设。但是,由于金融采购的特殊性,其在开展信息化时,无法照搬照抄制造业、商业企业以及政府采购等的较为成功的信息化成果,必须探索出一条适合金融采购的信息化道路。本文结合中国银联采购信息化的经历,提出了一种比较符合金融企业实际的采购信息化思路和方法。

In recent years, many financial firms are constructing procurement information systems. Because of the particularity of financial procurement, the constructor cannot simply copy the successful experience of the manufacturing industry, businesses industry and government procurement. So, we should explore a new proper Informationizing procedure for financial firms. In this paper, we follow the experience of China Unionpay＇s procurement information system construction, give out a new thought and method for financial firms＇ procurement informationization.
