我国妇幼健康服务公平性评估指标体系的研究

Study on equity evaluation index system for maternal and child health services in China

目的阐述妇幼健康服务公平性评估指标体系的设立。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法,确定妇幼健康服务公平性评估指标。并根据可获数据来源,确定可供分析的社会决定因素变量。结果通过德尔菲法,本研究共筛选出16个妇幼健康服务绩效指标和5个公平分层指标,并生成了我国妇幼健康服务公平性评估的指标体系。结论应对我国妇幼健康服务的公平程度进行系统的、多角度的评估。并且应加强对妇幼健康服务结构性指标以及涵盖财富水平、教育程度等公平分层的个案数据的收集。

Objective To explain the set-up of equity evaluation index system for maternal and child health services in China.Methods Delphi method was used to confirm evaluation indexes of equity of maternal and child health services.The variables of social determinants for analysis were confirmed according to the data source.Results Sixteen maternal and child health services performance indicators and five equity stratification indexes were screened out to set up equity evaluation index system for maternal and child health services in China.Conclusion The equity degree of maternal and child health services in China should be evaluated systematically in multiple perspectives.The collection of maternal and child health services structural indexes and case data about equity stratification should be enhanced,such as wealth,educational degree.
