本文介绍了常规正台阶法开挖的隧道在其下台阶爆破过程中存在的问题。为解决问题，本文提出了一种新型下台阶爆破方法，并对该爆破方法的炮眼布置、装填炸药和毫秒延期雷管、起爆等步骤进行具体阐述；接着阐述了在具体实践施工中提出的两种变形实施方案，供爆破方案设计人员参考；最后归纳总结了新型爆破方法的优点，梳理了采用该爆破方法需要注意的事项，以期在工程实践中为爆破作业人员提供指导建议。

The paper firstly introduced and conventioned a method of blasting excavation of tunnel under bench blasting problems.In other to solve these problems, this paper provided a new type of bench blasting method, and the arrangement of blasting method, such as loading, detonating explosives and millisecond delay detonator steps description.Then, according to the different construction conditions, the paper put forward the method of two kinds of deformation scheme, blasting scheme for designers to choose. Finally,this paper used the new blasting method that has been carried on the induction summary of the advantages, and the matters of the blasting method must be aware of the comb, for the blasting operation personnel in the engineering practice guidance.
