摘要
本文以福建福清核电站5&6项目为依托,根据实际的现场环境设计了应急发电机组的排烟装置,并在Hyper mesh环境下进行了排烟装置的有限元建模和网格划分;同时利用Hyper mesh和ANSYS的无缝接口,在ANSYS软件中采用模态分析和反应谱分析相结合的方法计算了排烟装置在高温、设备负载、地震等不同工况下所受到的应力和位移,检验了排烟装置设计的正确性与合理性。
In this paper,based on 5 6 fujian fuqing nuclear power station project,according to the actual site environment design of the emergency generator exhaust device,and in the Hyper mesh environment has carried on the finite element modeling and meshing of smoke exhaust device;Seamless interface at the same time use the Hyper mesh and ANSYS,the modal analysis in ANSYS software and the response spectrum analysis method to calculate the smoke exhaust device in high temperature and under different working conditions,equipment load,earthquake and so on by stress and displacement,test the correctness and rationality of the smoke exhaust device design.
