摘要
航空产品精益生产不仅要降低生产成本,重要的是追求质量稳定与不断提高,以满足航空产品更高的安全性要求。本文阐述了航空产品精益生产模式下质量控制的基本思想,提出了航空产品设计开发和生产制造过程中适应精益制造模式的质量控制,并针对主要内容和要点进行了研究。本文对提高航空产品生产控制体系有借鉴作用。
Lean production of aviation products not only to reduce the production cost,important to pursue stable quality and improve,to meet the requirements of aviation products of higher quality and safety,the aviation product system control put forward higher requirements.This paper expounds the basic idea of aviation products under the lean production mode in quality control,the aviation product design development and manufacturing process,to meet the needs of quality control of lean manufacturing mode,according to the main content and main points were studied.
