摘要
乘用车对于整车密封性有严格的要求。乘用车车门密封过程工艺较复杂,本文介绍了乘用车车门的密封结构和原理,分析了漏水模式,通过对具体故障的研究,总结了漏水问题的主要控制特性,提出了控制手段。
Passenger car for vehicle sealing has strict requirements.Passenger car door sealing process is relatively complex,This paper introduced the main passenger car door sealing principle,structure,water leakage model.Through the specific fault analysis,this paper summarized method of preventing leaking problem,summing up the main control characteristics and method.
