钢铁企业车间管理系统的设计和应用实践

Design and Application of Iron and Steel Enterprises Workshop Management System

车间是企业生产和管理的基本单元,车间管理的优劣直接影响到企业发展。尽管多数钢铁企业已经建立了SAP、PM、MES等系统,但却没有延伸到车间管理,导致其存在着诸多弊端。为实现车间管理的电子化和网络化,本文基于唐钢长材部连铸车间研发并建立的管理系统,阐述了车间内班组与班组、班组与车间之间的信息交互传递系统,在实现无纸化办公、提高了连铸车间工作效率同时,使车间内运作和协调变得便利和明晰,为其他钢铁企业提供了新的思路。

Workshop is the basis of enterprise production and management,and the quality of workshop management directly affects the development of enterprises.Although most of the iron and steel enterprises have established their own SAP,PM,MES and other systems,but the workshop management is not related to the application,resulting in a lot of drawbacks.In order to meet the actual needs of the workshop,electronic workshop management and network,Tangshan Iron and steellong products division continuous casting workshop management system is proposed and established,effectively improve the work efficiency of continuous casting workshop,realize the paperless office,but also to strengthen the internal information of the workshop interactive transfer,makes the team and team,operation team and between the workshops,coordination has become more systematic and clear,provides a new idea for other iron and steel enterprises.
